| After the prisoners order online using the jail's intranet, prisoners on duty collect goods to fill the shopping orders at Anhui Reformatory for Juvenile Delinquents on Monday in Hefei, capital of Anhui province. According to the provincial prison administration, a new system was developed and installed in four Anhui jails, allowing prisoners to shop online using the jails' intranet. The system is convenient for the prisoners and safe in containing contraband. The prisoners just need to use their all-in-one cards, order online using system terminals and their goods are delivered to them.
