According to the ad, the new leadership of China launched a series of new policies on economic transformation and upgrading which could facilitate the sustainable development of China’s economy.

Chen also expressed the hope that the world knows the changes in China’s economy and that talents of the world, especially overseas Chinese students, people of Chinese origin, and scientific and technological elites, could come to China.
