Canberra,July 8th (People's Daily Online) -- Protesters from Sydney and Canberra's Chinese and Korean communities, gathered to demand that the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe apologise for past injustices, while Abe was giving his speech in the Parliament House in Canberra.
The Sydney Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China urged the Abbott government not to "forget the history of World War II" and expressed concern that Japan was once again a rising military power.
