A variety of works by famous Chinese oil painter Si Tuqiao are now on display at the CAFA Art Museum in Beijing through Sept 10.
Titled Painting With Tears - Love and Hate in Situ Qiao’s Art World, the exhibition showcases his works, including oil paintings, bamboo pen paintings, pencil sketches, pastels, water colors and illustrations.
An important member of the Lingnan School of art, one of the most influential schools of painting in China, Si Tuqiao was also known for his friendship with the influential Chinese writer Lu Xun. (Source: China Daily)
