Three helicopters joined in the "Steel Fence" action to help patrol Zhengzhou as of Aug. 11, 2014. There is a SWAT team aboard each helicopter patrolling important areas such as harbor, railway stations and business districts in the air. In this way, the SWAT team can land right away to handle emergency like terrorist attack or major violent crime.
