Ning Caishen

Beijing Police reported on June 26 that famous scriptwriter Ning Caishen (Chen Wanning) was arrested for using drugs. Police arrested Ning Caishen and found a small bag of methamphetamines in his apartment on June 24, 2014, according to "Safe Beijing" Microblog. Ning Caishen confessed that he had been using drugs for seven months, and he just used methamphetamines right before he got arrested.
