To celebrate the 69th anniversary of the victory in the anti-Japanese war, the State Council of China released a list of 80 state-level facilities and sites that commemorate the war including the New Fourth Army Memorial. Reviewing the history of the construction of the anti-Japanese bases, the New Fourth Army Memorial teases the course of the anti-Japanese war. The exhibition covers around 900 representatives in the New Fourth Army and anti-Japanese base areas including Liu Shaoqi, Chen Yi. More than 1,000 photos and a large number of cultural relics and art works including archives, hair embroideries, iron pictures and clay sculptures are also on display.
