Johannesburg, Sept. 17 (People's Daily Online) — Electra Mining, the largest expo of its kind in Southern Africa, kicks off in Nasrec Expo Center, Joburg, South Africa recently.

As the biggest mining, industrial, machine tools and electrical trade show in Southern Africa, Electra Mining gathers over 850 leading manufacturers, suppliers and service providers of the industries above, uniting and reinforcing the ties among equipment producers, traders, service and product suppliers and specifically consumers, the mining and smelting plants of Africa.

Over a hundred Chinese exhibitors come all the way from China to attend the expo.

Exhibitors include international and local suppliers of equipment and services to the mining, power generation, electrical, materials handling, manufacturing, safety, health & environmental, civil engineering & earth moving sector.
