Born and bred in Chime-long Safari Park in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong province, the world's first surviving panda triplets successfully opened their eyes and left the incubator on Sept. 18, 2014. The eye opening process is said to be of crucial importance in the growth of a baby panda, after which the cub gets to see the light and becomes more sensitive to and more engaged with the outside world.
