Feng County of Shaanxi Province is located at the southern foot of Qinling Mountains. "Qinling Mountains Flower Valley" is a new culture tourism brand of Feng County. With a total of RMB 140 million spent on its construction, the tourist attraction has planted over 7 million trees and flowers along the Qinling Mountains-Feng County section of Provincial Road 212, in a bid to depict a series of famous beautiful scenes in history, including "Cai Ju Dong Li Xia" (or Picking Chrysanthemum Flowers near the Eastern Hedge), "He Tang Yue Se Nong" (or A Beautiful Pond under a Bright Moon), "Hong Hua Feng Qing Yan" (or A Sea of Charming Red Flowers), "Wan Mu Guo Jiao Hong" (or Numerous Acres of Red Peppers), "Feng Zhou Mei Shi Cheng" (or Feng Zhou Food Palace), and "Jia Ling Chui Diao Le" (or Fun Fishing on the Jialing River).

Since its completion in 2013, "Qinling Mountains Flower Valley" has become another option for urban residents who contemplate going out for fun.
