On Oct. 12, 2014, the Medical Air Rescue Service is officially launched at Xijing Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University in Xi'an, northwest China's Shaanxi province. The service will cover the whole province, and as a public welfare service, it will only charge the flight cost.
