BEIJING, Oct. 28 -- A Communist Party of China (CPC) delegation will visit Laos and attend theory seminars on "rule of law" in Laos and Vietnam from Oct. 31 to Nov. 5 at the invitation of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).
The delegation, led by Liu Qibao, head of the CPC Central Committee's Publicity Department, will attend the third CPC-LPRP theory seminar and the 10th CPC-CPV theory seminar, which will focus on "building a socialist country under the rule of law."
Liu is also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee.
The fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, held in Beijing last week, adopted decisions on advancing the rule of law.
