Photo taken on Nov.18, 2014 shows Zhu Xiaozhong decorating a lantern in a school in Wuwei County of Wuhu City, east China's Anhui Province. Zhu Xiaozhong, 52 years old, is now the only inheritor of the lantern handicraft in Wuwei County. Having a history of over 300 years, the Timo Gauze Lantern, a traditional lantern for palace decoration, was listed as the provincial intangible cultural heritage in 2006. The craft integrates carpentry, carving, lacquering and painting, which usually takes the craftsman nearly a month to finish a lantern. Recently, Wuwei county has established a craft-inheriting class for the Timo Gauze Lantern, where Zhu Xiaozhong can pass his skills to the younger generation. (Xinhua/Zhu Weixi)
