Jinsixia Valley is listed as one of the candidates of national AAAAA tourist attraction, according to the quality ranking committee of China National Tourism Administration. This marks Shaanxi province is expected to add another highest-level scenic spot in 2015. Jinsixia Valley will be the first 5A tourist attraction in three cities in southern Shaanxi.

Jinsixia Valley is located in Shangnan County on the south side of Qinling Mountains. In the scenic spot, there are swept peaks, precious and rare animals and plants and the geological relics. Therefore, the scenic spot is regarded as a shining pearl inlaid in the Qinling Mountains.
