
KUNMING, Jan. 6 -- Three drug smugglers have been arrested in Pu'er, southwest China's Yunnan Province, with 121 kg of methamphetamine seized, local police said on Tuesday.
During an investigation in December, anti-drug police in Menglian County, Pu'er city, discovered a group of drug dealers had been purchasing methamphetamine from Myanmar and planned to sell it in China.
Three suspects were seized in Lincang city on Jan. 3 when transporting the drugs, police said.
The case is under further investigation.
