The welcome ceremony for China's 18th escort fleet was held at Portsmouth Harbor on Jan. 12, 2015.
China's 18th escort fleet consists of an amphibious ship, a missile destroyer and a depot ship. The fleet started their tour in Europe after finishing the escort missions in the Gulf of Aden and Somali on Dec. 26, 2014.
