A comprehensive elderly service center in Fuzhou, southeast China's Fujian province is praised as the "fenceless nursing home". The center has a hotline service platform, which can provide emergency help and one-stop home care for the elder.
Currently, the service center has covered 220,000 elders and provided home care for 155 communities.
