
CHONGQING, Feb. 12 -- A car crashed through a highway guardrail and left five people dead on Thursday in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality.
The local police said the accident happened at around 8:35 a.m. and all five passengers in the Buick commercial vehicle were deceased when rescuers arrived.
Traffic at the scene has returned to normal and the cause of the accident is being investigated.
