
ZHENGZHOU, March 20 -- A road accident on Thursday night in central China's Henan Province killed six people, local authorities said on Friday.
The accident occurred at around 11 p.m. when a truck collided with a black Honda sedan head-on in Neihuang County, Anyang City. The sedan was carrying six young men.
One person died at the scene. Another five died in the hospital despite treatment. The drivers and passengers in the two vehicles were local villagers.
The truck driver has been taken for questioning by local police. An investigation into the accident is under way.
