
Zhutou noodles
Zhutou noodles are special and popular in Xianyang and named after chopsticks because they are as thick as the head of chopsticks. The noodles are served with Chinese garbage, soy bean sprouts, and hot pepper powder. Hot oil is the only dressing. When pouring the hot oil on the side food, the noodles will satisfy diners with visual, auditory and taste feast.
