China's top ten archeological finds in 2014 were announced by Chinese archaeological authorities and museums last Thursday. They are: Modao Mountain ruins and Nanjiang Paleolithic site group in Yunan County of Guangdong Province, Dongzhao ruins in Zhengzhou City of Henan Province, Guojiamiao tombs in Zaozhuang City of Hubei Province, Dabona cemetery in Xiangyun County of Yunnan Province, an ancient kiln in Jinshan Mountain of Zhejiang Province, Zhang Zhung Kingdoms Tombs in Tibet, ancient tombs in Zhengxiangbai Banner of Inner Mongolia, a large-scale granary site in Henan Province, Dazhuangke mining site group of Liao Dynasty in Beijing, and ancient tombs in Zunyi City of Guizhou Province.
