She ethnic group
As early as the 7th century, the She people settled in Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi. At that time, they survived primarily through agriculture and hunting. Now their main staples include: rice, corn, beans, and potatoes. These areas are also abundant in tea, mushrooms and precious medicinal herbs.
