| Photo taken on May 14, 2015 shows the seaside public library in Qinhuangdao, north China's Hebei Province. Situated on the seafront of Qinhuangdao, the newly-built library opened its door recently. Standing alone on an empty beach, the 450-square-meter library was called "the loneliest library" by Chinese netizens and became a hot topic quickly. Designed by an architect named Dong Gong, the two-story library creates a peaceful sea view for readers. (Xinhua/Yang Shiyao) |
