| Chinese tightrope walker Aisikaier successfully sets a new world record for tightrope walking in Kunming, southwest China’s Yunnan province on May 16, 2015. With eyes covered, Aisikaier walked backwards on a tightrope 150 meters above the ground between the twin towers of Kunming Wanda Plaza. It took him 6 minutes and 40 seconds to finish the journey and then he walked back and forth several times and performed some stunts on the tightrope. (Chinanews/Li Weihua) |
