Chen Jinshui, inheritor of the technique of pulling sticky sugar, wields long waves of sticky sugar in Anchang Township of Shaoxing City, east China's Zhejiang Province, June 2, 2015. Chen Jinshui, who is more than 80 years old and learned the sugar-pulling technique from 13 years old, is always a highlight as he showcases his sugar-pulling technique, an intangible culture heritage, in Anchang. Sugar extracted from sprouts of wheat will be heated in a wok until it turns to syrup. Chen scoops up the syrup and thresh the goo vigorously back and force until the sugar color turns from dark brown to white. The sugar will eventually be cut up and served as a unique local snack.
