Two thieves broke into an office of finance in Suqian, east China's Jiangsu on July 7, 2015. They found nothing after breaking into eight offices. In the director's office, they still got no luck although they searched every corner in the office. Before they left, they left a note reading "You are incorruptible!" on the director's table.
By observing surveillance video clips, the local police caught the two thieves eventually.
