
GWANGJU, South Korea, July 12 -- China's Che Xiaoxi/Jiang Yue beat Chinese Taipei's Cheng I-ching/Lee I-chen 4-2 (11-8, 11-8, 5-11, 14-12, 12-14, 11-9), winning table tennis women's doubles at the 2015 Gwangju Summer University Games here on Sunday.
Jeon Ji hee/Yang Haeun of South Korea and Kitaoka Eriko/Shoji Yuki of Japan shared the third place.
In the men's doubles, Chiang Hung-chieh/Huang Sheng-sheng of Chinese Taipei ousted Morizono Masataka/Oshima Yuya of Japan 4-1 (4-11, 11-5, 12-10, 11-8, 11-7) to win the gold, while Chi Xin/Liu Yi of China and Jeong Youngsik/Kim Minseok of South Korea both placed third.
