The missing packs containing toxic and dangerous chemicals are still to be found in Lianyungang, east China's Jiangsu Province.
Police have formed a special task force for the case and local authorities are offering cash reward on social media for anyone who would help locate the ten boxes of phosphorus pentasulfide.
34 boxes of the chemicals reportedly fell off from a van during transportation while en route to Songzhuang County on July 10.
So far, 24 boxes have been found but the rest were missing.
Phosphorus pentasulfide remains stable when dry. However, it releases hydrogen sulfide, an extremely toxic gas, when mixed with water and is likely to cause explosion.
