BEIJING, July 21 -- U.S. President Barack Obama said Tuesday that he and the American people are looking forward to Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to the United States in September.
The United States and China will engage in close consultation to make sure the visit is fruitful, Obama said in a telephone conversation with Xi.
