Located in Panjin city, Liaoning Province, the Red Beach is the largest and best preserved wetland in the world as well as a large reed wetland. Every autumn the place turns all red. Seepweed matures and gains a crimson red colour in September, during summer it is green.
This wetland harbours 260 kinds of precious birds include the Red-crowned Crane and 399 kinds of wild animals. Thus it is a perfect tourist site to embrace nature and to enjoy the unique coastal view.
