A new fund is being set up to help build better internet and telecommunications infrastructure between China and Southeast Asia.
It's been announced at a China-ASEAN forum this past weekend in Guangxi's capital, Nanning.
The so-called Information Harbor Initiative was launched last year.
It's meant to help establish better information sharing and trade among China and ASEAN countries.
