The descendant of a pig who lived 38 days in ruins before it was rescued in the Wenchuan earthquake becomes a pet pig worth 10,000 yuan. The pig was very popular among visitors at the Shenzhen International Biotech Summit on Wednesday.
It is reported that scientists have cloned cells from the pig rescued in the Wenchuan earthquake. Over the course of two generations, this pet pig can only grow to 15 kilograms.
At the biotech summit, many people showed willingness to buy the pet pig but no one has paid for it.
