A woman surnamed Yang complained about being overcharged for the service she received in a beauty salon in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou.
Yang went to a beauty salon to wash the hair. A staff member suggested her to remove several blackheads on her nose. To Yang's surprise, she was charged 2,000 yuan after receiving the service.
The staff member told her because "the price was per pock". The beauty salon charged 20 yuan to remove one blackhead and it removed 100 blackheads on Yang's nose. After arguing, Yang finally paid 1,500 yuan.
After reporting the case to the market supervision administration, the beauty salon returned 1,000 yuan to Yang. Currently, the case is still under investigation.
