China will host the 2016 Group of Twenty (G20) summit in the eastern city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, on September 4-5, President Xi Jinping announced at Session Two of the G20 Summit in Antalya, Turkey on Monday.
The theme of 2016 G20 summit will be "Building an innovative, invigorated, interconnected and inclusive world economy," Xi said while addressing a working lunch during the ongoing 10th G20 summit.
China will take over the presidency of the G20 on December 1, 2015.
