BEIJING, Nov. 23(People's Daily Online)-- The World Robot Conference 2015 (WRC 2015) opened today in Beijing.
The event features a forum, an exhibition and the World Adolescents Robot Contest 2015.
Visitors can watch the industrial robots and service robots at close range
and experience their floor-scrubbing, waitressing,cooking, window cleaning, -and even ping pong and football-skills during the exhibition.
"It is foreseeable that robot will become our indispensible assistant just like mobile phones and computers, "said Li Yuanchao, Vice President of China, in his speech at the opening ceremony of the WRC 2015.
