Construction of a strange building built with dozens of large colorful containers has completed in Dongxin Road in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang province. According to the constructors, the building will be used as a stadium with an indoor basketball hall and several P.K.O. fields. It will be open to the public after acceptance by the government.
