

BEIJING, Feb. 4 -- The provincial procuratorate in Hunan Province is investigating Qin Xiaoguang, former president of the Hunan Daily, for suspected bribery taking, it said on Thursday.
Qin was probed in December by the anti-graft organ of the Communist Party of China.
The procuratorate on Thursday arrested Li Lin, a former leading official in Yiyang City, for suspected bribery taking. His case is under further investigation.
Prosecutors in Hainan Province are investigating Chen Bin, former general manager of Hainan Haigang Group, for suspected bribery taking.
Hainan Haigang Group is a state-owned steel company with total assets of more than 6.3 billion yuan (960 million U.S. dollars).
A local procuratorate in Anhui Province is investigating Zhang Quanfa, a former leading official in Chizhou City, for suspected bribery taking.
