BEIJING, March 4 -- Altogether 43 national lawmakers have resigned and 27 others were dismissed in China since 2013, largely due to graft, a spokesperson with the top legislature said Friday.
Some of them were dismissed because of violating Party codes of conduct and laws, while some others resigned for their involvement or suspected involvement in graft, Fu Ying told a press conference prior to the Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC).
