In the midst of covering a tornado this week a news team couldn't help but laugh when they came across an unexpected sight.
A news team from KYTX was filming the damage of a tornado that swept through Malakoff, Texas, when they spotted a dog casually sitting on a lawnmower.
The pooch, alone in the rubble, looked as if he was going to start up the lawnmower and do its owners chores for the day as he rested a paw on the wheel and sat in the driver's seat.

A really big deal: A news team from KYTX was filming the damage of a tornado that swept through Malakoff, Texas, on Tuesday when they came across a hilarious sight of a dog sitting on top of a lawnmower
The news team is heard explaining the damage when a woman off camera excitedly says 'Oh my god!'.
'Look at that dog,' the woman exclaims to everyone around her. 'That is so great!'
The camera then pans to the lawnmower, and the dog seems unfazed.
Storms on Tuesday in Malakoff knocked down power lines and destroyed cars, homes and other buildings, according to KYTX.

With his paw on the steering wheel, the dog looked as if it was ready to start up the lawnmower and cut the lawn's grass

Though several people were staring and a camera was focusing in on the dog, he seemed unfazed as he sat atop the lawnmower
