
VLADIVOSTOK, March 30 -- A Su-25 jet crashed in eastern Russia's Primorye region close to the small town Chernigovka, the Interfax news agency quoted the Russian Ministry of Defense as saying Wednesday.
The pilot of the jet was ejected and his life isn't in danger. No victims were reported in the crash, it said.
The Sukhoi Su-25 is a single-seat, twin-engine jet aircraft developed in the former Soviet Union by the Sukhoi Design Bureau.
