
BEIJING, April 20 -- China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has launched an anti-dumping investigation into a vinyl resin product imported from Japan.
The investigation will assess the degree to which Vinylidene Chloride-Vinyl Chloride Copolymer Resin, commonly used in industrial coatings, inks and civil engineering, has been dumped in China and how it has hurt the domestic industry, the MOC said in a statement on Wednesday.
