

KAIFENG, May 18, 2016 (Xinhua) -- People buy a traditional food made of tofo in a night market in Kaifeng, central China's Henan Province, May 17, 2016. Kaifeng has a long history of its famous night market where a wide range of food specialities such as five-spice bread, steaming pie and dumplings are on sale. In the evening, Kaifeng's streets turn into restaurants while hundreds of vendors open their stands and begin selling food for people from the nearby cities, as the atmosphere is very appealing. Kaifeng is historically known as Daliang, Bianliang, Bianjing, Dongjing of Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127 AD). (Xinhua/Li An)
