36-year-old Jiang Liping is the headmaster. He started to work as a teacher in the remotest primary school in Lezhi County in 1999. He came here as deputy headmaster in 2004 and became headmaster in 2006, the youngest in the county. Since he came here, he tried his best to improve the school's facilities.
