
LIUZHOU, July 5, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on July 5, 2016 shows the Liujiang River and the submerged Binjiang East Road in Liuzhou, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Due to torrential rainfall in upper reaches, the highest water level of Liujiang River reached 82.12 meters Tuesday, 0.38 meters lower than the warning line.
