
HUARONG, July 11, 2016 -- The dike breach site is seen in Huarong County, central China's Hunan Province, July 11, 2016. Residents were being transferred after a breach happened on Sunday at a flood detention basin called Xinhua in Huarong County, according to an official with Hunan Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters. The Xinhua flood detention basin covers 4,400 hectares and is home to over 27,000 people. (Xinhua/Li Ga)
