Wu expects to further expand cooperation with Guangdong, an economic powerhouse in the mainland, over the years to come.
And the expansion of cooperation with Guangdong will be a win-win deal, he said.
"Qiannan prefecture, which is rich in rosa roxburgh, is expecting the fruit to play a part in attracting investment from outside and further boost the prefecture's economic development," he said.
