The 2018 China Nalati Ice and Snow Cultural Festival kicked off on Nov. 17 in Nalati grassland, northwest China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
Lying in the west of Xinjiang, Natali is one of the world’s four largest highland grasslands and is also a national 5A tourist destination. 2018 marks the first time that the scenic spot will open during winter. Besides touring the snowy mountains, visitors can also enjoy ethnic singing and dancing as well as join in snow-related activities.
