Over 60 foreign students from 25 countries including Russia, Tajikistan, Tanzania and Yemen had a fun day in eastern China’s Shandong province on Feb. 1.
These students, who all study at the China University of Petroleum, learnt about Chinese intangible culture from more than 10 local folk artisans, including Chinese calligraphy, paper cutting, embroidery, and tea art. The activity offered them an opportunity to enjoy an in-depth and hands on experience of the Chinese New Year.
