As China's first big data pilot zone, Guiyang has held the "China International Big Data Industry Expo" for five years, since China's big data valley officially settled in the city in 2015.
Guiyang, capital city of southwest China’s Guizhou Province, actively promotes the deep integration of big data and the real economy. The main business income of big data enterprises in Guiyang reached 100 billion yuan, with an increase of 22.4 percent, in 2018.
Guizhou Province has attracted many internet giants, including Qualcomm, Huawei, Tencent, Alibaba and Apple, to establish cloud computing and big data centers as well as regional headquarters. Big data economy construction is in full swing in Guiyang, but what does it look like now?
