The Leeza SOHO tower, located in Lize Financial Business District in Beijing, will open on Nov. 19, 2019. This skyscraper's central atrium is the world's tallest, extending 194 meters through the full height of the building. Famous British designer Zaha Hadid designed this unique structure.
The total construction area is 170,000 square meters, with four underground floors and 45 floors above ground. The design inspiration comes from the DNA double helix. The lines of the tower are asymmetrical and smooth, like a dragon hovering over the city. At night, this tower is transparent, sparkling like a crystal, a bright "eye of the night sky." It is one of the "top 10 most anticipated buildings in the world in 2018."
